James didn't want me to distribute the library in the original format,
because he wanted to have the original library available only from his
page but after I told him that I was using a modified format he said
there were no problems. If you consider what he said then ldraw.org is
not allowed to redistribute the library, from what he told me he didn't
even want to have mirrors.
At that time the parts didn't have the author names on the header, 95%
of them were done by James and the other 5% didn't give credit to their
authors (I've contributed a couple of parts and fixes that don't have my
name and I think Tore has many more). The only form of "giving credit to
the authors" was to have a link to his page and say that the library
comes from the LDraw parts (another requirement).
