Like I said, once someone creates an image with a program and the parts
library, it's theirs. They can do anything they want with it and are
entitled to proceeds from its sale, etc. Certainly we wouldn't expect
someone publishing an idea book to credit each author of any part used in
each illustration.
If someone creates an image using POV-Ray's objects, they have full rights
to the image, right? It should be the same with LCAD parts.
On the other hand, if they wanted to publish a VMRL file that was based on
the geometry of the parts library, it might be a trickier question.
