Hi Cynthia, It's good to see another Mac modelller out there. Basically at the moment, running MacOS X you have 3 choices. LdGLite Ldraw Viewer BrickDraw3D LdGLite. This the most advanced we presently have, but it's a direct port from a PC program. (...) (22 years ago, 1-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad)

But is this actually an airlock, or a docking port? I've noticed that alot of the 'airlocks' made here aften feature only one door. ok i got the file dll, but orion heres one thing. i use cinema 4d xl as a 3d modeler, and it exports as 3ds files (file.3ds) im wondering how to make ascii files without the 3ds max (22 years ago, 1-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad)

It is probably common for an "=" sign to be followed by the "3D" symbols on the web interface when the post originates in Outlook Express (just guessing). I submitted without the "3D" immediately after the "=" sign. Maybe this is something with the submittal process. Please open the mindstorm folder, remove the "3D" from the address in your address bar, make it go, and tell me what you think. (...) Hi! I am thinking of making LDDP open source. The reason I did not so far is that I am using a commercial component for the highlighting editor part. I do ALL the modelling in a 5-dollar-cad-prog called "reflections". it supports only trinagles, has an import for dxf (to import converted dats for measurement) and outputs its one file format and a strage povray. therefore I run (...) Hi Darrell, My point was that asking people to help someone develop their commercial software is somewhat of a bold proposition. However, I did not know that 3Dwin had a free version with batch-convert de-activated and that is something worth (...) (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.cad)

Even if the part is transparent, the fact the the holes do not pass through the sphere is barely noticeable. Plus since this part is small in size, (...) I have a problem with the part Technic Pneumatic T Piece (URL) have two options - modelling a very accurate part, with inner details, but for this would produce a part with less standard primitives cylinder or sphere. - using as many as possible (...)
