And what is worse/will keep prices up for LEGO in Canada, is that alot of the wholesale prices we have to pay seem to be set at 1.5 of USD prices, so very high. Does anyone have any information regarding the convulsions Brickshelf seems to be experiencing at the moment? Many of the photos I've uploaded in the past week have not reappeared (after having been on there yesterday morning), and I was curious as (...) (21 years ago, 6-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

After nearly a year of designing, drawing and building, I have finished the gateway to Sokenniwell Castle, just in time for LW2004, a great Dutch LEGO-event. Don,t mind the Bel-girls too much. Hi Anders, It's a very nice model. It's very life like because you've added lots of details. And the opening doors are a nice detail as well. Now you can have a good look into the driver's cab. (...) I'm going to have to disagree with your logic here. Main Street came out last year at an exchange rate of 1.31 (85Cdn vs 65US) and the Canadian dollar is doing MUCH better than last year. I recently saw this truck, and I must say it is huge! My only qualm with it is that it, along with all the other big technic trucks I've seen on Brickshelf, always use independent front suspension. As for compliments, I'd have to say that's a nice (...) (21 years ago, 6-Nov-04, to lugnet.technic)

I bought the last one at the West Laf store which they gave me for $4.00 since they couldn't find two more. I thought that was very gracious of them. Every Walgreens I went to the clerks were super friendly, they must give out happy pills at the (...) (21 years ago, 6-Nov-04, to lugnet.loc.us.in)
