Probably because that's not what that thing is. It's just a keyring, for
gosh's sake. As was mentioned in other replies, the queen is often in charge
of the household, etc. She'd need the keys to get to every room in the castle.
It is *her* castle, after all... :-)
The thought of a chastity belt never crossed my mind until brought up here,
either. It has nothing to do with TLC's cleavage "revealing" - that's just not
the intention.

This reminds me of that joke about the guy who was shown the Rorsach <sp?>
splotches... he told the shrink that he sees naked women. After ten or so
pics, the shrink said, "I think you're obsessed with women," and the guy
answered: "Me?! You're the one showing me pictures of naked women!"

(Sorry, nothing implied about whoever brought this up - really!)
