This applies to Target only. Well maybe everyone else knew this... but at all the detroit area Targets, the shelf tags tell the tale. The "real" LEGO area has shelf tags. The construction site is a great store. I visited it when I was in the Boston area in August. They are VERY knowledgeable about Lego. They also have a great Lego display of customer's custom models.
