Southern California stores are pretty darn slow about putting out the sale
prices (or not at all). It drives me nuts. I found one Wal-Mart out of four
with the Sphinx Secret Surprise marked down (grabbed all four out of
frustration!). The Forbidden Ruins were only still available at one store, and
not surprising because it was $80. The Ninja Treasure Carriers were down to
1.44 (Target), so I snagged the last six they had (stacked behind the Ninja
Knights - kinda like digging for treasure). 50 cents per minifig is always
irresistable. There were some medium priced deals, but I've blown my Lego
budget so badly that if it isn't 70% off, I can't justify it.
Anyone seen Stone Tower Bridge for less than $39?
