Since header order is important, this should work pretty well.

Yes, but it is not equally clear. Please forget that I
mentioned it.

All entries means that you claim that the including file was
revised every time the included file was revised.
Not good!

Not bad either. Wouldn't changing an included file imply that the including
file has also changed?

No (but it would mean that it should be reprocessed).

Imagine this:

"translating.da":
   Content-Language: da
   Revision: Jacob Sparre Andersen, 1999-04-28
Subject: Hvordan oversætter man en OSS?
   Include: faq_format.da

"faq_format.da":
   Revision: Jeremy H. Sproat, 1999-04-27
   Translated-From: en
   Translator: Jacob Sparre Andersen, 1999-04-28
   Content-Language: da
   Subject: OSS'ens filformat.

Then "translating.da"s full list of headers is:
   Content-Language: da
   Content-Language: da
   Revision: Jeremy H. Sproat, 1999-04-27
   Revision: Jacob Sparre Andersen, 1999-04-28

Subject: Hvordan oversætter man en OSS?
   Subject: OSS'ens filformat.

Does this make any sense?

Where did you explain why Include is a good idea?

Anyway, I prefer typing "®" over "(hold down ALT key)0174(release
ALT key)". The mnemonics are *much* easier to remember. Do you have
any preferred way of escaping hard-to-type characters?
I prefer to use [Compose],[o],[r] - much faster.
                  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Huh?

Is that the sound you make until you see a DEC keyboard? :-)

[Compose] is the leftmost and rightmost keys on the bottom
row. [o] and [r] are respectively key number ten and five on
row number four from the bottom.

Play well,

Jacob
