I have a version that is simpler and could be ridden. I don't recall ever
seeing a saddle on a Pegasus before. It's beneath them!

This uses 2 white side clips, a white 1x2 plate and a 1x2 tile. If you
remove the two 1x2's, you then can have a person ride it.
