I've already started writing the program, so far it only downloads the
list of files and checks for the missing ones. If I have enough time, I
might have something working tomorrow or maybe next week.
I wasn't going to give the user a list of missing parts to download, I
don't think it's worth it. Do you really want it ? I was simply going to
display a message box "xx New Parts and xx Updated parts, total of xx
Kb. Do you want to download now ?".

And it's also faster to download a big zip file than several small
files.
