Right.  But if something new and plainly better (in all aspects) comes along, we
can as easily label it "LDraw Mk II" as any other name.

Assuming the author(s) would go along willingly, of course. :)

(...) Shouldn't the latter be mlcad.ldraw.lcad.org? I tend to view any program which uses the LDraw parts library in any way as a descendant of the LDraw heritage, and hence as a subset of "LDraw in the wider sense". If a LEGO CAD program "Xyzzy" (...) (24 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
