Well, if it is not too late, perhaps Todd should raise it at the meeting he
mentioned he was due to have with a "LEGO IP attorney":

I think one has to be careful how this is treated, as it may set a precedent. I
think the least Lego could do would be to print some sort of clarification in
the next issue.

BTW : does the fact that:
a) Lego Posts Here
b) Lego Funds Lugnet
c) Lego print the Lugnet Logo in their literature
Mean that the inference on the homepage that Lego neither endorses or supports
Lugnet may be misleading?
