I personally think that SBA's are enough of an auction that they shouldn't be
in .BST. However, I've sort-of come around to agreeing with Todd on allowing
them there, for a couple of reasons.
First being that there really isn't a sufficient distinction between a SBA and
an OBO to say that one is allowed and the other isn't. However, what's mostly
convinced me is that if it's decided that SBA's are verbotten in BST, then the
line gets (naturally) pushed farther over, and other things, that should be in
BST suddenly become the gray area. My brain isn't working enough to provide
concrete examples right now, but I think you can see what I'm saying.
