All in favor? I think Frank just got himself a chair. (1) Rereading my post 2 refs back it looks like I was saying I'd be chair if asked. What I actually meant was I'd be a committee member if asked. 1 - Seriously... step one in organizing a committee, what's the process for deciding who's on it? Self Selection may not get you the best members... once THAT is decided, what's the process for picking a chair? I suggest Todd send mail to the people he'd like to see on this council, starting with the N best choices in his mind. If all say yes, great. If one or more demur, go with his next choices.
