  Re: Instead of ~Moved to

(...) SNIP (...) I agree with you! I have to think about the way we have to go with this new approach for the many possible reasons of changing things, but at first look it could be a nice way to minimize admin edit work. Maybe we will have both (...) (15 years ago, 19-Jan-10, to lugnet.cad)

Re: ControlLab 70909 Interface (9751?) VB.NET Class (DLL)

(...) I just uploaded a PDF document to the "Box" url mentionned in the first message. This document (Lego70909DLL.pdf) is a tutorial on how to make ControlLab Interface (CLI)project in VB.NET using the proposed DLL. It is also a reference document (...) (15 years ago, 19-Jan-10, to lugnet.dacta)

  Instead of ~Moved to  [DAT]

To me, all these "~Moved to" files are just trouble and extra work and lots of extra files in the Parts, Parts\S, and P folders. And for each parts update, the extra work and problems seem to increase exponentially. I know, one can say some of the (...) (15 years ago, 19-Jan-10, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: LEGO Atlantis TV show?

(...) Already got a one-part copy on my DVR. I found out about it before it ran, so there's no way I was going to just pass on snagging a copy. Now the only question is whether they'll release it on an official DVD or if I'll have to burn my own (...) (15 years ago, 19-Jan-10, to lugnet.mediawatch, lugnet.aquazone)

Re: Please help me identify this brick!

(...) (URL) a bit early for Mindstorms. I've only got a passing familiarity with the 4.5v system, but I believe that any parts that feature that type of 3-prong socket are designed for 4.5v power. All Mindstorms parts use either the 2x2x2/3 electric (...) (15 years ago, 19-Jan-10, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: LEGO Atlantis TV show?

(...) Do a search on Youtube. You'll find it in 5 parts. It's not bad--covers a lot of the sets, some humor that the kids will laugh at, and there's a few things for the parents and fans. (Look at the end for the "AFOL Times").. Scott (who lives in (...) (15 years ago, 18-Jan-10, to lugnet.mediawatch, lugnet.aquazone)

Please help me identify this brick!

Hi, I've got a black 3x2 block in my large mixed box of Technic, but I'm not sure what it does! The block has a power cable socket in the top, and a smooth axle hole through it, as well as a smaller hole on one side. I've looked through the various (...)   Re: Selling Lego collection

(...) Thanks Dave. I am not trying to get the most for them, as I need the room so I am marking my sets the lowest on Bricklink, based on condition. It breaks my heart to sell, but family comes first John P (15 years ago, 18-Jan-10, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Minifig Extractor/Manipulator?

(...) I agree but we still need to standardize where the LDraw.ini will be for each OS. This location has to read/write accessible. My suggestions for the OSs I use are: Windows: $APPDATA\LDraw OSX: $HOME/Library/LDraw -Orion (15 years ago, 18-Jan-10, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Minifig Extractor/Manipulator?

(...) Of course: LDraw.ini could host such information in a new section! No risk to violate any existing standard, no need to create yet another file to look for! /Tore (15 years ago, 18-Jan-10, to lugnet.cad)

(URL) Hi folks Last fall we had the swine flu outbreak - it spread here too, of course, and I fell ill too. While my symptoms remained vague, I was in bed for a week. And one week in bed tends to be kind of boring. So I took my brick boxes onto a (...) (15 years ago, 17-Jan-10, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.cad, FTX)
