Hi all, I just picked up a few of the 4562 bonus box at some Walgreen's in the Sacramento area. I first want to point out that they are $5.99 each BUT you get 3 for $11.98 (buy 2 get 1 free)!!! From what I see in front of me, and what I have read from other posts and BrickShelf descriptions, the 2-strap box/tub combo has a stamp of 2714 beside the barcode on the tub, and the 3-strap has a stamp of 3534. Ross- I have designed the gearing mechanism for the crab steering. It is a redesigned version of my original crab steer design. (...) ParLUGment has bought many 4679's in Ottawa and the concensus is that the 3-strap tub/box has the wings and wedges, and the 2-strap tub/box is the sweet box of joy. I can't seem to get SetUserDisplay to compile. When I compile my program, it gets "Error: undefined function 'SetUserDisplay'". I thought it might be the version of NQC (3.0a1) so I downloaded 2.5r3, but same error. Seems strange because (...) (21 years ago, 30-Oct-04, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

I finally decided to try out Bricxcc/NQC (after using BrickOS on Linux) and it worked fine when I was just downloading short "Hello World" programs, but I pretty soon ran into this problem (...)
