Hi everybody !!

I’ m back from LEGOWORLD 2004, the biggest LEGO event in Europe, about 45000 visitors...

one week playing and talking about LEGO bricks....a real pleasure :-)

The most beautiful Technic creation I’ ve seen was a LEGO clock that really works:

this is the picture of the clock with his creator.

I’ ve also meet Menno Gorter who build incredible walkers:

On my stand I’ ve shown few creation: LEGO beam, H02, self-adaptive hand, Gyro-bob and dynamic walkers.

This a picture of LEGO beam:

The LEGO BEAM is an object that draws luminous coloured circles.    The luminous effect is created by two bulbs turning sufficiently quickly (13 turns per second); the way that our retinas work means that our eyes see a complete drawn circle.   When the LEGO Beam turns in one direction the circle flashes, when it turns in the other direction the circle changes colour from shades of red to yellow and to green.   Electricity to the 2 bulbs is provided by 2 motors serving as dynamos.

And a picture of my stand:

Can’ t wait for next year :-)

Chris.
