  On Hiatus

Hi everyone - I just thought I'd post to say that I am leaving LUGNET for a while. I never understood why people leave this place to take breathers until this week, but believe me when I say I need a BIG one. The problems, the garbage here is just (...)   Re: On Hiatus

(...) Whoa! I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving LUGNET. Personally, I myself have comtemplated leaving before, and usually, I am on leave anyway cuz I'm so busy working on my story (I completely changed the story, so it doesn't suck anymore). It's (...)   Re: On Hiatus

Tim, although i don't know you that well i will be sorry to see you go. I do see how much you do for the Lego community, and I see your passion for the Brick... Please reconsider you decision :-))) I have also seen how many people get caught up in (...) (22 years ago, 7-Mar-02, to lugnet.people)

(...) <snip> (...) <Snip> (...) I agree that something needs to be done. Lately it seems like LUGNET is a somewhat compartmentalized RTL. As much as some people try, the noise still gets the visibility. I feel like I know quite a few people here, (...) (22 years ago, 8-Mar-02, to lugnet.people)

  Re: On Hiatus

I'll admit I'm feeling like some others here do. Tim has always played an important role here on Lugnet but, a partial quote, "Lugnet is a somewhat compartamentalized RTL". There are still times when I find it worth posting something (like the (...) (22 years ago, 9-Mar-02, to lugnet.people)

  Re: On Hiatus

If this is about the name change , it is best that you do take a break. While I feel it was a little out of line for you to ask,(if that indeed is what this is all about) you did it in the nicest possible way. It also got blown out of proportion by (...) (22 years ago, 9-Mar-02, to lugnet.people)

  RE: On Hiatus

(...) IMO, the problem is that people seem to think the noise is more important than the content. To me, the content on LUGNET is the MOCs and the related building discussion. Noise is people bickering about why they can't get along...which leads to (...) (22 years ago, 9-Mar-02, to lugnet.people, lugnet.general)

  Re: On Hiatus
