It's just over 10 days until BrickHeap Wars! We have 6 teams now, only two of which are SMART teams. Since a team is 4 to 6 people, there are going to be a lot of SMART members who won't be participating unless another team or two is started. There (...) On Saturday SMART put on a terrific robot display at Crossroads Shopping Center! This was a combined Crate Contraption and Great Ball Contraption. I've had four people ask about a wider line, including two that were concerned that if the line wasn't really 3/4" wide, their light sensors wouldn't be able to track the line properly. I could use some clarification on the track material and layout. I've been using the paper track that comes with the mindstorm kit to practice and just realized the line is 1" wide.
