Well, MediaOne, for a while. I don't use them as my home page (duh) but if I
wanted information on anything, that was annoying.

SGI's site doesn't _require_ javascript, but it's a lot nicer with. There's
others.

I wish there were better options to selectively disable certain scripting
features (or so-called features) while leaving most of it intact. Yet
another reason Mozilla will be cool.

(...) This absolutely baffles me. Javascript was the original browser security hole, and even after dozens of revisions, it still causes more annoyance than usefulness. Yet so many people are so incredibly fond of it. :-P (...) That would be nice. (...) (25 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)

(...) Like who? They don't get my visit. But I've never had a problem. If a site requires more than basic HTML, I find that life actually becomes easier if I avoid it. Cheers, - jsproat (25 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
