What junk mail is that?
Are you getting mail from someone or some organization that you didn't sign
up for, or have tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe from? If not, it's not
junk mail, since you are getting (whatever it is) at your request and
desire, now is it?

The US government does not agree and feels that it has the right to decide
on a national level, even against the wishes of individual states. That's a
violation of the US constitution.

The drugs are not illegal for the use they are put to, by state law, in the
state that the harrassment is occuring in. So they're not illegal drug
suppliers.
