Regular sets? Other than my first post-darkage sets XW and Snow Speeder,
nothing. Rare, discontinued and promotional sets are different stories.

Well up here in Canada, Bay always has at least 10% off all toys every weekend,
and Zellers has a 15% or 20% all LEGO at least once every month. The retail
market in North America is so compatitive that 90% of stuff we buy are "on
sale" at a certain degree.
Beside the "It is 30% off! If I don't buy it now it will be gone forever."
excuses is always useful for other non-AFOL in your home. It also help you
silence the "I already spent too much and I have no room left" voice in your
head. ;)

Yes, because we can buy alot. Well you can't buy bulk packs other than from
S&H at full price, so they know our shopping habbit.
Beside parents are just the same "bottom feeders" in terms of buying toys.
Kids already learned how to use "Come on mom it is 50% off!" at LEGO's target
age.
