  BAD CLONE found at local Party Packagers
 
Well it looks like Party Packagers in Missisauga (by Dundas/403) stock no LEGO/Duplo anymore. Instead they are supporting of the nasties clones I have seen in a while. The Bricks and Blocks outlet in St Jacobs (Waterloo) had the metroliner for $99 as well. I haven't been there in the last month so they might be sold out of them by now. And what is worse/will keep prices up for LEGO in Canada, is that alot of the wholesale prices we have to pay seem to be set at 1.5 of USD prices, so very high. (...) I'm going to have to disagree with your logic here. Main Street came out last year at an exchange rate of 1.31 (85Cdn vs 65US) and the Canadian dollar is doing MUCH better than last year. Said thing is around Toronto only the 3xxx variety have I seen yet, and I hit 3-4 TRU and they only have the three strap versions, MANY MANY but only three strap versions, must been unlucky town!!
