Sorry. Since the site is a web page I assumed all they had to do was switch a few images. Apparently the ".asp" ending means it is a bit more advanced than basic html and that fixing the page requires more work than it simple switch of image files. (...) Here, here. It does seem to make more sense to offer the windows and doors in the same color frame with the same color glass. Why not switch the picture for the black with clear window to a picture of black with blue glass, and add black with light (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

If there is a naming convention I doubt it is official. When I was there nothing was refered to by name; everything was done by number. I wonder what the min production run is? Could we submit custom orders yet? I can imagine that if we (LUGNETers) come to some concesus on say window (2x2 or train) colors that there would be plenty of orders. I would love to see: 2x2 windows in (...) In that case, those weird shaped roof pieces are exactly what TLG need to consider including in the next LEGO Direct update. This is particularly worrisom also. I know I'm right because their website advertises 172 pieces, which is the count on the outside of the larger box. I just got my order for 2 sets, and found 2 small plain white boxes. opened one of them and thought it didn't look like 172 pieces. THANK YOU for saying something! I got my eToys order last week, and didn't even open it - I ordered 3 sets of roadsigns. This is probably off topic here, but eToys mixed up an order of mine also. It seems whenever I order the dacta road sign set (advertised with 172 pieces), they open the box and send me one of the sub-boxes. They always fix it and send me another so (...) I got my parts in two lots. I got the first batch (the tiles and trees) in a padded envelope the other day and the windows in a box today. To Brad Justus, I'd like to start be saying I appreciate this new bulk offer of pieces, even if they are a little pricey. My question is, when will LEGO start adding new items to the bulk list? Maybe you are not following the threads here. Apparently, several of the images on the bulk order page are not the right pictures. 1. Item "G #3444" on page one looks like 45° roof ridges but everyone is reporting that the roof ridges are the 30° (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

I just got my package (it was delivered by UPS on Friday but no one was home). The 1x4x3 thin walls are clear the 1x4x5 windows have trans-lt-blue glass nothing was back ordered KL (24 years ago, 19-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

The slip I received with my partial order showed that all of the windows (3346, 3347, 3348) were backordered. When I placed the order the operator said everything was in stock.
