I think you are right on with that comment.

I know I am.  I suspect that we are dealing with the bugs of a system that
was brought on-line pretty quickly.

No, there weren't enough items being offered that it could reasonably be
chalked up to "we blasted this thing through real quick-like".  In a big
catalog, I expect a few errors.  When the entire offering is shown on two
web pages, I expect them to be right.

Also, these errors are the kind of thing that companies have always had to
deal with.  This is not some new kind of problem that no one has ever
encountered.

The color errors are sloppiness on someone's part.

Originally Brad Justus stated that bulk
ordering may be available by the end of the summer.  Since the summer
doesn't actually start until June 21st, I think they are doing pretty well
all things considered.  We are all active participants in a pilot (aka beta)
project for lack of a better description.

Good point.

This morning I called S@H to report the problem with #3444.  The very nice
lady offered to refund my money  (I refused, I can use the low slopes
although I would have prefered medium slopes).  She also mentioned that the
response to the limited selection far exceeded their expectations.  What
that means I have no idea, just paraphrasing her comment.

I'll tell you what it means:  :):):):)
