all, i have a little program that controls the RCX from the PC. i know other people here have done that, so... my major problem is that signal round trip time is very high - it takes about 200 - 250 ms to send ONE command to the RCX (waiting for the (...) I know most lego alternative SW seems to be Open Source, but please don't flame me for asking this question - ImageCraft is a company that provides low cost C compilers for 8/16 bit microcontrollers such as Atmel AVR, Moto HC11/12/16. I have heard that the development software that comes with RIS 1.5 has been updated and improved but I haven't seen specifics. Can anyone share what they know about what is new?
