Has anyone tried to automate a point by directly laying a worm (screw) gear on the grey plastic (removing the yellow switch handle)? It seems that that'd work well. I suppose that you'd have to worry about stopping, but if they are switched via a (...) (25 years ago, 27-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

I've created a Lego Media folder in my ftp server so that lugnet users can publish large media files. You can create folders and upload any cool media that may not fit on your current web space account. The account supports up to 15 downloads with a (...) (25 years ago, 27-Aug-99, to lugnet.announce)

On most LEGO parts that a large enough concealed surface, you find three numbers -- two vary from part to part for the reasons you describe. These are usually one or two (...)
