  Re: Heraldry for future sets:

I would *love* to see lego produce some old-school style heraldry. Some basic geometrical shapes, like chevrons, or any updates of the original crusader-style crests would be welcomed by all, and lead to an increase in sales. Actually, a brilliant (...) In other words, producing a set of minifigs with blank torsos and blank shields, and then providing several sticker sheets to customize them. (Sort of (...)   Shipping to Canada, help!

I've shipped a 7150 to Canada using small packets airmail, but now my buyer says the post office called him and wants an additional $9 and change. Any idea what is going on here?   Re: Sneak peek of my Blacktron site

I used the technic steering assembly found an many cheaper Technic models. It did take up a good sized chunk of floor space, but it looks cool as a sterring assenbly and drive unit. The APC can fit 5 minifigs plus the driver (6 in the back if they (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.space)

Those control tiles also come in blacktron sets. I wanted to stay faithful to the original Blacktron series by only using parts from those sets. There are a few exceptions though (for example the yellow 4x4 rounds usedin the engines of te lander). (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Shipping to Canada, help!

(...) (no, but I've got lots of experience on the receiving end) It won't (or better not be!) a duty.
