I'm not sure I follow you on this point. Not that I disagree, I just can't
tell what you're saying. :D

I bet they'd get it all over the place for making it yellow. I bet they'd get
far less for making them dark and never introducing the darker heads into the
regular System line.

Something I read indicated that the *red* was a tattoo on his *black* skin. I
suppose it's possible with different genetics... it depends on what made his
race's skin dark. Maybe rather than putting in dark ink his race is capable of
tattooing themselves in reverse by lightening pigmentation. But I don't know.
I do know that Lucasfilm officially refers to it as a tattoo, and the only
place we see red on him is on his face- the rest of his head is black. Drastic
tattooing, if his skin is naturally red, but still possible.
What is more interesting, I think (if you're implying what I think you're
implying) is that Gasgano was pale, pale grey in the movie.
