     This comes partially in reply to the thread of "dear mr. lucas" postings,
and partially as a continuation of an opinion that I will continue to
represent to the lugnet community and to TLG.  Now that lego can make the
faces of the minifigs with any expression or in any color, they need to start
representing dark skinned people.  I've said it time and again, the star wars
line presents the perfect opportunity for them to do so.  Especially now that
they've realeased the collectible minifig 3packs.  Perfect!  Lando, Mace, and
(of course) Captain Panaka could round out what I've affectionately
dubbed "the black pack"! I hope my humor isn't too dark for the lugnet
community.  I'm off to burn an El and drink some malt liquor.

Blah blah blah. I'm an Asian-American--which means I'm "yellow." So his whole time, Lego minifigs have been Asian-American. Right? Give me a break. Unlike flesh, the ABS plastic used to make Lego is specifically-colored--NOT gradients of other (...) (24 years ago, 8-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)
