I think you may be overreacting a bit.  Moderation is based
upon two very basic guidelines.  Is it "safe" for kids,
and is it on topic.  For Brickshelf, "on topic" is a very
simple and sharp distinction.  Is the content in any way
related to LEGO products?  If so, it's on-topic.

Kevin,
I have seen the word 'safe' be used many times, but have failed to see
exactly what the official Brickshelf definition of 'safe' is. This is one of
those strictly opinion-related words that seems alot of people are
scratching their head wondering what exactly 'safe' is. Assuming you use the
same definition of the word 'safe' for both BS and GS, I take it you assume
this image on GS is 'safe'......
http://www.geekshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=1277
Whereas I would consider that 'unsafe' and worse than a all-yellow minifig
laying on top of another all-yellow minifig. But yet that image has been on
the main recently-updated page on GS for a few days now.

So can you define exactly what the 'shelf's version of 'safe' is, so that
can be refered to going foward? I am just asking to end all the confusion.

Possible trademark and copyright infringement is *not*
handled in moderation, though material will be
(and has been) removed at the request of it's
owner.

Also, I was under the impression Lego stickers were a no-no on BS, this goes
into copyright territory, but I see this on the main recently-updated page
on BS....
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=205278
An exact scan of a sticker directly from a lego set that can be used to make
new stickers. So is this type of copyrighted image now ok (or has it been ok
all the time?)

Also, another question - One of my folders were ok'ed and I deleted an image
from it, but after I did this the folder went back to the file picture with
the box around it, but yet the pictures show if you click on it.. what is
the deal with this? Is this a glitch or another problem? I am not
understanding this either.

As I am sad things have come to the point where this new method became a
need on BS, I still appreciate the service you are providing.
