Unfortunately the consumers don't see it that way. I have lost count of
the number of times I've been standing in the Lego aisle and some parent
or child says "oh... lego... that's for boys" and passes on.

On average (and this says nothing about any individual girl OR boy)
girls and boys are interested in different kinds of sets, and there are
very few lego System sets which are aimed towards girls. Of the ones you
listed above, Town Jr is the only System line, and there is very little
there to interest girls (and, of course, boys who don't fit the
stereotype!).
