Cable modems and ADSL are being launched head-to-head in march next year in
the UK, so nearly all British (and probably European) visitors have to make
do with the venerable analogue modem.

| Hello, I just wanted to know who here sprung and bought a cable modem. I am asking Because I am trying to make my webpage friendly for web users. I don't want people waiting 5 years to download, just because they have a 56k. :-) Doyle (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)
