I agree you should have this checked by a medical professional.
I once swallowed a fishbone and it felt like it was stuck there in my
throat. Actually, all that happened was that it scratched my throat, so it
felt like it was still there. But the scratch was easily infected and the
doctor gave me an antibiotic that prevented things from getting worse while
I healed. Something similar could have happened to you. The other
possibility is that the Lego is still there and that could be even worse for
your health. Either way, seeing a doctor would be good for you.
