Accident, no doubt. But if you ask *how* it happened, I can't possibly say :-S

Yes, that's right.

By your mouth?

Nose! I was stuck with it inside my nose for a few minutes, even after
blowing hard to get it out. In the end I think my father used tweezers to
pull it out. That was, of course, back when I was 5 or so.

It's a luck it wasn't a regular 1x1 plate,
thoses little corners would have been rough!

Actually, the corners might have prevented it from going so deep inside the
nose. But that is one thing I will NEVER try to prove experimentally! :-P
