My worst LEGO experience was stepping upon a LEGO shark and having it's dorsal
fin plundge into the arch of my bare foot. That plastic dorsal fin ain't too
sharp neither... To this day I have a scar where the half inch deep, inch long
cut was.

| Other than stepping on the random sharp brick and uttering a lot of foul language, I'd say my worst LEGO experiences are when I accidently demolish a model. For example, I accidently caused the demise of my 12' crawler crane ((URL) when trying to (...) (22 years ago, 1-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)
