Hi Richard. Ok. I am confused. I don't have this set, but it looks like the same crown as in "The Chamber of the Winged Keys" (URL) would make it silver coating over a translucent white-ish base that attaches using one of the tiny pins like the (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jun-02, to lugnet.castle)

Richard, Are you referring to the tiara under the clear dome, and not the crown Flora is wearing? If so it is actually a trans green element, not painted. Gary, This is one of the most beautiful MOC's I have seen in a long time. Unique, yet recognizable and simply built. Along with the tan/white scheme, I really like the lt. grey/dk. grey alternating plates in the wall. Your awnings are seconded only (...) Gary, I really like this MOC, it's really clean and there are tons of little details that pop out every time I look at the pics.
