I am very curious about the element used as Flora's crown.  Does it attach

I'd love to see a scan of the element and/or any possible MOCs that maybe
out there.  Strangely, when one looks at a catalog image this crown tends to
look painted on or something.  Maybe it's just bad paste-up work.

Many thanks in advance for any URLs or other information about this element,

Don't get too excited, it's just a stock-standard Belville chrome mini-crown
with lobotomy spike :^(
If you want to remove the spike, it would fit on a stud, but this will make
the minifig head look even fatter in relation.
Or....draw some features on a 1 x 1 cyl as an alternate head ( the spike can
stay intact ) and get that shrunken-head effect for a character.
