Would it be possible to have avid.cgi serve up the html streams used to
build the all/compact/brief message-list displays?
I can easily build my own compact and full displays, but duplicating the
brief view would require spinning a bit of code.

All a client has to do is poll a special URL periodically and check the global article count. If the count has changed, (...) (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
