You have an integrity problem, Kevin. Blocking my mail may make you feel better but it doesn’t change the fact that you have one.

Does the Admin Team consider this a personal attack? Certainly worth looking at IMO.

That’s a good question. Should the admin team consider Kevin’s multiple attacks on Lenny and myself to be “personal attacks” as well?

Certainly I think they should look at it. In fact I would be surprised if they haven’t already.

Or does the higher standard principle apply here, that we have to endure everything on and off line?

I certainly believe anything that isn’t posted here or pertaining to Lugnet business should not be actionable here. But I haven’t yet formed an opinion about private communication that pertains to Lugnet (ie LPRC stuff).

I honestly don’t know. What do you think, Ross?

Well I think the Admins should be considering both, my personal opinion is yes, both this and this (and probably a few others in this saga) contain personal attacks. And this too, even though it’s a poll, not a post[1]. That is why I asked for it to be cancelled.

But that is my personal opinion, and it is also my opinion that not all personal attacks need to be actioned. Not sure yet exactly where *I* draw the line, and I’m not sure a hard & fast line can be drawn. And it’s also possible I might draw the line differently for Admins than non-Admins. I am not suggesting action be taken against either of those posts, I just think it’s useful to think about it.

I look forward to the response from the Admin team soon.

1 - Are polls subject to the same ToU as posts? If so, a method needs to be implemented for cancelling them, preferrably by the user that created them.
