(...) I really hate to say this, but I think it was my fault. I think I was on some weird policing kick, trying to limit posts to the .announce group. Many users may have noticed that about 26 hours ago (6 PM EST, Sunday) and for several hours following that Lugnet was unable to accept new messages to the newsgroups portion of the site. Also, the NNTP interface was broken (and probably SMTP, (...) (23 years ago, 8-Sep-03, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) I agree with James here. Richard, I don't read posts in the Clickits or Znap forums. Nor do I read the ones in off-topic.clone. That's why I think this website ought to be about LEGO. (...) Er, um, they're non-minifig MOCs. _Very_ non-minifig. If you've seen my BioniWars MOCs (Star Wars characters built in Toa scale), you've got a rough idea of what I'm talking about (sorry, can't give specifics at this time). (23 years ago, 14-Aug-03, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) Of course that would be a minifig MOC... Davis was asking about non-minfig MOCs. Of course the answer is that if no specific group exists for your post, lugnet.general is usually an appropriate place. Frank (23 years ago, 14-Aug-03, to lugnet.admin.general)
