Any official word on the LUGNET posting problem??

Many users may have noticed that about 26 hours ago (6 PM EST, Sunday) and for
several hours following that Lugnet was unable to accept new messages to the
newsgroups portion of the site. Also, the NNTP interface was broken (and
probably SMTP, also).
Is there any official word on what the problem was or if it has been properly
corrected??
Just wondering.
