  Re: Future Wild West Possibilities

(...) The reason you don't see slaves in the pirate theme is that slaves really aren't part of the romanticized pirate genre. This is also the reason I doubt we will see a Civil War theme, or any other real war theme. They haven't been romanticized. (...) (25 years ago, 30-Dec-99, to lugnet.western)

  FA: $4000!!! (Tiles)

I just posted 40 crispy $100 green 1x2 tiles. At $4000 worth of tiles, it might be the single largest amount of LEGO ever offered, unless it isn't;-) One catch-- the auction says it's closed, yet I just posted it. Should work. Good luck! -John (URL) (25 years ago, 30-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Hey, thats a nice feature!

Hey, all! I just discovered a new thing about Leocad. You can save and load Ldraw .dat files! Very, very useful to me, as I used to use Leocad and switched to MLCad after it came out, and I didn't know I could save my Leocad models. Anyway, you all (...)   Re: Toysrus.com 100.00 Arrived

TRU got to my complaint today. They cancelled the order, refunded my CC, and gave me a $50 online gift certificate. Not too bad, but, now I don't have 900 pieces of Lego. (25 years ago, 30-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Can't open serial port in Linux
