I don't think it is supposed to. I think it is searching for the
Mindstorms signal, which the pbForth firmware does not send. I had that
happen to me, and I got it to work fine(eventually)...

| Hi, I'm trying to download pbForth onto my RCX. I'm using NQC on NT and have downloaded the latest pbForth: 1.1.1 I'm invoking NQC with: "nqc -firmware pbforth.srec" I get the dots crawling across the command-prompt window.
