I know one thing that can ruin a motor.... Never drop it shaft down on the ground, even in dirt. I was carrying it across my yard, and it fell, and now will not work anymore. I just picked up the first four sets. I had to go to about 8 McD's though. Most had just 1 and 2. The pink in #3 is the same 'darker' pink as in the Belville sets.
