Yes and no.  Spaceport and Launch Command are "space" (lowercase 's') and
are themes within the LEGO Town System.  But they're not "Space" (capital
's') because they're not part of the LEGO Space System.  Star Wars isn't
"Space" either, but you could say that it is "space."

p.s.  Time Cruisers, Time Twisters, and Paradisa are also themes within the
LEGO Town System.
