Containers are not as wide as trains! Sure, they are close, but with trains being 10' wide, represented as 6 studs, then an 8' wide container should be 4.8 studs wide. If you round it to the nearest stud, then it would be 5 wide by 12long for an HCL (...) (24 years ago, 28-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)

Does anybody have any of the <-O-> stickers sold in sets such as 4565, 4556, ect. that they don't want? I'm a LEGO purist who doesn't put any other types of stickers on my trains, so I'm willing to buy these sticker sets. (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)

This seemed to be reduced when I added the stretchers across the width of the span at intervals, although there was still some roll. Even before the (...) On Saturday, August 19, PNLTC broke the previous record for longest LEGO train track, about 1780 feet. The new world record stands at 3343 feet! It took 42 minutes to travel the distance.
