1) What is a roofer? *remembers dictionary.com* "One who lays or
repairs roofs." Hm, you had a roofer come to visit or did you have to
fix what a roofer failed to fix?

based instead of US based all voters wrote me personally and took

He may try and charge for you fixing somthing he broke himself. or for somthing that isn't broke that he hasn't actually fixed. or for somthing that was broke but that he hasn't fixed. (...)
