You might be right. It was the policy when I was raised, and it's the policy in
our house now. But it could be just coincidence that I came out OK (??), and my
kids seem to be tracking (but it's early) to come out OK too. So who knows...
(for those who don't know me well, I'm pro second amendment, have real guns in
my house, but don't allow toys not because of a "toy-guns-breed-violence"
angle, but rather because of a slight subtly different angle
"toy-guns-make-real-guns-seem-like-toys-and-that-is-bad-because-they-must-be-re
spected" )
++Lar at the client site in Zurich... but on my own machine again! I like the
Swiss attitude towards guns a fair bit.
