Me. I don't pass up on deals. And no matter what Lego Direct does or
does not do, there will still be clearance sales and there will still
be a place for the small-time parts seller/auctioneer to work. We
might have to adapt, but we'll be here.
Bulk sales will never satisfy every consumer.
I just bought 30 Mummy's Tomb sets tonight at more than 50% off the
original price. Wouldn't dream of paying full price for it, nor even
20% off. At 54% off, though, it is worth it, especially since I'll
sell off all the parts I don't want.
